Job Responsibility:
- Understanding business needs and finding innovative solutions to client’s requirements
- Design user stories
- Prototype design and develop SRS
- Communicate with client regarding requirement
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction in requirement collection
- Requirement Finalization
- Proper handover of finalized business requirement to Solution Development team

Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
- Active participation in Project Sprints
Education and Experience Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science Engineering or Bachelor/Master of Business Administration (BBA)
- 2+ years job experience working with ERP/CRM/eCommerce product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
