Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer (Full Stack) to support the development and maintenance of web applications. This role is suitable for candidates who have a solid foundation in full-stack development and are eager to learn, grow, and work under guidance while gradually taking ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing web applications using Node.js and React.js
• Support database development and maintenance using MSSQL
• Write clean, maintainable code following established standards
• Perform basic application testing and fix minor issues
• Assist in deployment and post-deployment support
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with guidance from senior team members
• Collaborate with the development team on feature enhancements
• Learn and apply best practices in software development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack web development
• Working knowledge of Node.js and React.js
• Basic experience with MSSQL and Git
• Understanding of software development fundamentals and testing concepts
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve technical skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and a positive learning mindset
