Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst at Apsis Solutions, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will involve understanding client requirements, designing user stories, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the requirement collection process. You will actively contribute to project sprints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to identify innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
- Design user stories that effectively communicate business needs to the development team.
- Prototype design and develop detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for project implementation.
- Communicate closely with clients throughout the requirement gathering process, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the requirement collection process by addressing concerns and providing clear communication.
- Facilitate requirement finalization, obtaining approvals from relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively hand over finalized business requirements to the Solution Development team for implementation.
- Assess change proposals and define solutions to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Actively participate in project sprints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to understand and analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong skills in designing user stories, prototyping, and developing detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction in the requirement collection process.
- Experience in assessing change proposals and defining solutions to meet organizational goals.
- Active participation in project sprints, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
