Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Apsis Solutions, your role is pivotal in driving the organization’s growth by proactively identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales. You will present the product portfolio of Apsis to prospective clients, conduct market research to identify scope and potential clients, and follow up with prospects to establish and strengthen relationships. Ensuring synchronization between clients and Apsis is crucial, and you will work closely with the Head of Business Development on business-related documentation. Timely and proper reporting to clients, along with updating lead management files and call reports, are integral components of this role. You may be assigned any other relevant tasks by your Line Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new and different business opportunities to increase sales.
- Provide the product portfolio of Apsis to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify scope and prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to establish and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure synchronization between clients and Apsis.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development for business-related documentation.
- Ensure on-time and proper reporting to clients.
- Update lead management files and call reports.
- Undertake any other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven track record in Business Development or a related role.
- Prior experience in the Software or Tech industry will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with business-related documentation.
- Timely and accurate reporting skills.
