Data Analyst

Job Context:

In this dynamic position as a Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining advanced data solutions for our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around leveraging your expertise in Power BI to create and optimize reports and dashboards. You will be an integral part of our efforts to harness data effectively for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sophisticated data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into impactful Power BI solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes for optimal data integration.
• Act as a full stack developer when required, contributing to various software development projects.
• Apply Agile methodologies for efficient project execution and collaboration within Power BI development.
• Communicate effectively with international clients, understanding their needs and delivering Power BI solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Advanced Experience in Power BI:

• Proven track record in creating complex Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and data integration.
• Advanced Excel knowledge is essential; proficiency in advanced Excel skills.

Working Knowledge in Agile Methodologies:

• Familiarity with Agile project management principles and practices.
• Prior experience working in Agile teams to deliver software projects.

Good Communication Skills in English with International Clients:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Power BI expertise is required for effective communication and client solution delivery.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and related services.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Data Engineering, or Full Stack Development.
